MicroEmissive Displays Group PLC (’MED’ or ‘the Company’)

Ahead of its year end on 31 December 2007, MED, the AIM listed designer and manufacturer of low power microdisplays gives the following update to the market. Following the fundraising completed in October 2007, the Company has commenced volume shipments from its manufacturing facility in Dresden, and is now delivering product to customers despite having experienced delays over the last quarter with a key supplier matching volume output from the Dresden facility, an issue which has now been resolved. Manufacturing output and yields continue to grow in line with expectation.

Bill Miller, CEO commented: ‘The market for the Company’s eyescreenTM technology remains buoyant and MED continues to generate ongoing design wins and book orders. The unique attributes of our technology should enable us to continue to grow our order book into 2008 and beyond and we believe that the Company is on track to be profitable on a month on month basis during the second half of 2008.’

The Company will announce its preliminary results for the year ending 31 December 2007 in the second half of February 2008.
